Gemma works with small to medium business and is passionate about taking stress out. She prides herself on being easy to understand and working regularly with her clients to set up great process and a solid understanding of how and what their business is doing. She also loves Xero and is a specialist at setting clients up for success.

Kings is a thinker, he is always looking for ways to improve what business is doing. He is a fantastic analyst of new business and providing insight into new opportunities including best structures. His clients love him and he is a source of constant entertainment in the office!

Phil is the cleverest person here…just don't tell him that! Phil looks after all our self managed super funds and specialises in estate planning. He also takes care of our high net worth individuals and big business. With almost 100 SMSFs now he is a busy fellow but is never too busy to help. He is a big believer in empowering clients with the knowledge to help themselves.

Jennie joined our team in 2019 and has been studying to complete her accounting degree. Jen currently heads up our rapidly expanding bookkeeping team. She has an unparralelled knowledge of all things bookkeeping and payroll. Her strength lies in process and setting up new systems for clients that save them time and money. She handles all our big Xero conversions and integrations and is an expert at linking add ons such as Deputy, Ezyvet, Halaxy, Lightspeed, Square, Hubdoc and Hike

Cindy is a senior accountant and specialises in MYOB and Xero software. She is Xero certified and works closely with Kingsley to look after his clients needs. She is quite probably the most reliable person around and nothing will slip past the keeper with her on the job.

Originally working with listed companies and large reporting entities, she is working closely with Phil servicing the SMSF clients. She will also be reponsible for management reporting for many of our larger clients.

Amanda started in our Dardanup office in 2015. She has grown with us and is responsible helping the place run smoothly. She handles lots of client services and you have probably come across her in managing our workflow, ATO dealings and electronic signing as well as booking all our appointments. It is a hard task keeping us in line and she does it with a smile!

Bec joined RWK in 2018 and is in client services. As polished as they come, she handles all things ASIC related as long as assiting in the preparation of individual tax returns and collating information for year end tax work. If you are ever late with payments, Bec will be the one hunting you down too!

Jess joined RWK Bunbury in 2024. She is studying her Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and assists with Bookkeeping and Client Services.

Natalie joined RWK in 2016 and is a client manager looking after small to medium clients in a range of businesses from farming and building to retail and industrial. As a trusted adviser, Natalie enjoys working closely with her clients, navigating through their problems to help maximise their business performance & meet their personal goals.n

Amelia has worked for RWK since 2009. Along with a portfolio of small business clients Amelia specialises in tax requirements for deceased estates, cryptocurrency and one off special projects. Amelia is very detail oriented and is also responsible for professional development and ensures all our staff are on top of any new tax requirements.

Chana joined RWK in 2015 as an accountant. Her client base includes a portfolio of largely trades and retail based businesses. Chana is Xero certified and is a port of call for any Xero queries and enjoys assisting in any way she can to help clients manage their accounting needs.

Angela started with RWK in 2021 with a back ground in office and property management. She handles ASIC requirements, electronic signing and other client services and is the friendly voice at the end of the phone when you call.

Our History
RWK Dunsborough was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of Rob and Sharon Koch, two former tax professionals who embarked on a new adventure with their two young children. They made a bold move to the beautiful coastal town of Dunsborough and invested in a piece of land, laying the foundation for their dream business.
In 2005, Gemma Denton joined RWK, eager to bring her expertise from Deloitte in Darwin to her hometown of Boyanup. With a passion for growth, she helped the business expand into new territories.
The RWK story continued with the opening of a second office in Dardanup, a burning gateway to the Ferguson Valley, and later, the largest office in Bunbury in 2017. The Bunbury office embraced innovation and a focus on education, community involvement and a welcoming experience to it’s clients.
